Premises Liability
Premises liability cases are accidents that occur on the property of businesses. Some examples of premises liability cases include slip and falls, being hit by overhead debris, injuries while using equipment on business premises, failure to warn of dangerous conditions (such as an open hole or well on property), lightning strikes, and many other serious injuries that occur on the property of others.
The Cloon Law Firm has successfully handled hundreds of premises liability cases, including the first successful appeal to the Supreme Court of Kansas finding that golf courses do owe a duty to golfers who are exposed to lightning.
